An independent estate agency based in North Down, Northern Ireland, specialising in residential property sales, lettings, property management and property valuations throughout North Down and the Ards Peninsula.

Founded in 2021 by Christopher Stewart FNAEA, FARLA, Governor Rocks was created with a simple but ambitious goal: to make moving home as straightforward, transparent and stress-free as possible.

After spending 18 years working for a leading estate agency in London, Chris returned home to County Down and quickly recognised a gap in the local property market. While many estate agents focused heavily on transactions, there was an opportunity to build a business centred entirely around customer service, communication and genuine client care.

At Governor Rocks, we believe that buying, selling, letting or managing a property should never feel overwhelming. Every client is treated with the same care, attention and honesty that we would offer to our own family.
