DCDA is once again organising the Ulster Scots Festival (15th – 17 August) and are delighted again to present the Ulster Fry World Championships. Local cafes and restaurants are encouraged to apply – see link below.
The winner gets good publicity and a trophy, and previous winners have reported a substantial increase in footfall.
